If you want one-to-one specialised and personalised training to help you meet your goals faster and efficiently, then I can help. I offer group or individual personal training either at your home, outdoors or at a location of your choosing.As your personal trainer I will be able to coach you and work with you to meet your personal fitness goals and will be readily available for any questions or queries you may have.

 

I charge a flat rate of £20 per session (1 hour) although I can do discounts if you book a number of sessions. As part of my service, I offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your goals and create a plan of action.

Body Sculpting

For those who are looking to tone up or build muscle. Training may involve forms of cardiovascular training, nutritional advice, resistance training and can be tailored for body part specific training.

Weight Loss

For those looking to lose weight or those who want to shift that last stubborn layer of fat. Training may involve forms of cardiovascular training (including HIIT), nutritional advice and forms of resistance training.
