If you want one-to-one specialised and personalised training to help you meet your goals faster and efficiently, then I can help. I offer group or individual personal training either at your home, outdoors or at a location of your choosing.As your personal trainer I will be able to coach you and work with you to meet your personal fitness goals and will be readily available for any questions or queries you may have.
I charge a flat rate of £20 per session (1 hour) although I can do discounts if you book a number of sessions. As part of my service, I offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your goals and create a plan of action.
