"I had the pleasure of training with Chris from the summer of 2011 until the summer of 2012. Our primary objective was strength gains, with his guidance we managed to increase our overall body strength by 40% on key power movements. He managed to increase my Bench from 120kg to 160kg clean, Dead lift from 160kg to 220kg clean. Squat from 100kg to 160kg clean, and clean and jerk to 100kg. He managed to help me with key focus on technique. Making sure that the big power movements were performed in a safe and careful way.
